There obviously is a hierarchy in terms of leaders and members, but talking to them is honestly just like talking to a colleague. Very refreshing. Mutual respect comes natural here and it's kind of like what other companies pretend to be when they say "flat hierarchy" (we all know that's usually a lie)
Interessante Aufgaben
Doesn't get boring. Forget copy&paste developer tasks, while there obviously are some default bug-fix tasks and more generic code you'll write, there also is a plethora of very deep and technical brainwrecker tasks and everyone is interested in constant improvement of the product. And if there aren't, you can just pitch your own. If it's a good idea that would improve the product, it's more than likely you'll be working on that task before you know it.

Well the stars depend on how comfortable you are with working from home. I love it and we're supplied with top of the line hardware so it's an easy 5-star.
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
It's not a silicon valley backed company so there are some constraints but it's a very competitive, fair and satisfying salary.
