Since they switched to a trust-based working hour model their is no issue at all for me. (This also in other teams different)

If I would sum up a year of projects I would say 80% is very interesting and the rest is stuff you have sometimes to develop.

The company has not really old employees.

Every developer can decide if the want a Mac/Windows/Linux laptop.
1-2 extra screens are also not an issue to get.
The main office is really super crowded. Main reason is that the company is just hiring +10 employees each month and we run out of space. Otherwise the company tries to build some living-room areas "rooms" which are more quiet.
But in general I can not work without headphones because of too much noise.

Thanks also for your comments about the noise level. We are constantly trying to improve the office space - for example with the mentioned quiet areas.
