Heavily improved and really great over the course of the last months. Flexible working hours, 100% homeoffice possibility and now even a 4-days-week (although I wasn't able to experience the latter myself anymore due to leaving)

Not sure if this applies to everyone, but I for myself had the opportunity to work on a lot of very diverse projects. Superhappy about that, as this helped me not only to develop myself, but also to dive into different areas, which shaped my career planning a lot
