Amazing time with an amazing team and an amazing amount of great experience, both personally and professionally!
Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich
Extreme improvement in very many ways & aspects of work from employee perspective over the course of the last months & years, among others the huge flexibility (homeoffice, flexible working times, 4-days-week) and work-life-balance
Verbesserungsvorschläge
Keep the tasks exciting and create a vision that inspires & motivates
Arbeitsatmosphäre
The atmosphere has changed throughout the years, again and again, and while there have been some difficult times, I think the atmosphere became really great again since the last major shift in strategy
Work-Life-Balance
Heavily improved and really great over the course of the last months. Flexible working hours, 100% homeoffice possibility and now even a 4-days-week (although I wasn't able to experience the latter myself anymore due to leaving)
Karriere/Weiterbildung
Shpock has offered me tremendous growth opportunities, from the beginning until the end, which resulted in going through 6 different positions within 7 years, experiencing great learning curves and being trusted in a way which was simply great!
Umwelt-/Sozialbewusstsein
As a second hand online marketplace, the whole product is basically designed to decrease negative impact on climate
Kollegenzusammenhalt
The colleagues were always one of the key elements of why working for Shpock resulted in such an amazing time, much love to all of you! <3
Umgang mit älteren Kollegen
No problems whatsoever, every colleague has been respected regardless of gender, age, cultural background etc.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
Over the course of all my years working for Shpock, all of my managers were simply great. They helped me grow and cared for me, they challenged me and gave me room for personal development, super happy with my personal experience there
Arbeitsbedingungen
Always had everything I needed for work
Kommunikation
Due to the smaller team size the communication worked very well over the course of my last couple of months
Gleichberechtigung
When working for Shpock, I never even once experienced any kind of issue of this kind
Interessante Aufgaben
Not sure if this applies to everyone, but I for myself had the opportunity to work on a lot of very diverse projects. Superhappy about that, as this helped me not only to develop myself, but also to dive into different areas, which shaped my career planning a lot
