From your first day at StepChange, you are given the opportunity to assume responsibility on a diverse set of projects in the paper and packaging industry. Working as part of an experienced team in the industry, the core focus of any project is on supporting your client to achieve the target results. You work closely with both the C-level management as well as shopfloor staff of companies active in paper and packaging. As no project is the same, you experience a steep learning curve every single day, both in terms of industry knowledge as well as analytical/project management skills. As StepChange operates internationally, willingness to travel extensively is a must. Besides the project work, you also take on internal tasks in one of the StepChange Service Lines, where you further develop content knowledge and your own expertise for specific areas of responsibility (i.e. Financial Industry Benchmarking - B3NCH).
