No team work at all. Gossiping on daily basis. GM constatly in bad mood pushing this all over the department. No clear working structure.

A absolut disaster! The GM is a non organized, screaming all over non sence stuff with non balaced personality. No support, no communication just do it or leave. Does not listen or emphatise at all. No strategy, no experience for this role.

Forget it. For the work amount /you will be called by the GM at Mid-Night on private cell phone to chat for an hour about what all you did wrong during that day/ the sallary is a joke. Working 12 hours a day is no problem /for the employer/, may a problem for you and your family /if you have one - not recommended in this hotel to have/. No bonuses - no additional motivation.
