Great open culture, mostly exciting work, nice colleagues.
Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich
(1) There is a quite straightforward and open culture. And this is hard to achieve because it doesn't come naturally, management actually tries to communicate and offer pathways for open and honest communication and feedback.
(2) I feel that the colleagues are mostly allies, not competitors. We even praise each other occasionally. :)
(3) For a startup, working hours are not crazy most days and freedom is given, especially during the corona times, to define how you want to schedule your day.
(4) Snacks in the office and education budget are a nice bonus.
(5) Smart and interesting colleagues.
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
I am only working at ToolSense for a few months and I'm pretty content, so not enough experience to have a clear outlook on what needs to be improved. But I think the culture can always improve so as to promote better knowledge transfer between colleagues, apply better and more efficient processes and to be inclusive, aka listen and make everyone feel that their contribution matters.
