Great company that's fun to work at!
Arbeitsatmosphäre
It's a company where you look forward to coming to work. Ideas and feedback are always appreciated, however sharing expectations mutually could be promoted better.
Work-Life-Balance
Of course there are always things to do - but you're not expected to respond or read your messages emails etc outside of working hours. When on holiday, everyone is doing their best to respect your time off.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
Lovely colleagues and monthly fun days, dinners, activities, etc.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
Some goals could be communicated better together with what's expected of each person/team in order to get there. Other than that everyone's very open and straightforward. We're all in the same boat building a company from scratch.
Arbeitsbedingungen
Great open-air office in the center of Vienna. Dogs at the office!
Kommunikation
Transparent and straightforward. You always have a picture of where the company is standing, what challenges and successes we have. As usual with startups, you have to be hands-on and sometimes need to actively reach out to colleagues to be completely up-to-date - things are always going fast!
Interessante Aufgaben
Something new to learn every day.
