Each employee has a budget each year, which they can use freely for education. Additionally, we get the chance to take place in Webinars. Also, new technologies are more than welcome at ToolSense, and thus everyone is asked to learn when they have time.
Umwelt-/Sozialbewusstsein
The product of ToolSense can help improve the environment. Especially in the area of decreasing the amount of waste by increasing battery life span and new business models for machine manufacturers.
Kommunikation
If there are any problems everyone is asked to talk to their manager and then dependent on the output directly talk mediated or unmediated with the colleague.
