I cannot recommend VBCF as an employer. I worked there for 2 years, I liked my tasks, customers were happy, I liked my colleagues, we were a great team, I always got positive feedback about my work. Then, I caught covid, and it took me some time to recover from it. I was fired during sick leave, even though I had a positive prognosis and plenty of ideas on how to manage my coming back. The way things went were both unprofessional and extremely disrespectful. Unfortunately, at VBCF, the personal interests of certain people (who are in power), and politics matter more than the lives and competences of employees. Think twice if you want to work there under the current management, in my opinion, you are better off elsewhere.
