The selection process is pretty unclear. I was invited to an AI interview via an email from an external provider. Aside from looking like spam, it also offered no way to contact the company I was actually interviewing for and provided no information on data protection, the language of the interview, or even the contacts of the hiring manager.
The interview itself was fine - a bunch of typical HR questions, as you would expect from an AI anyway, but without any human interaction. Obviously, this is not important to the company, as such an interview doesn't really allow you to show your personality or the way you communicate and interact with others.
A month after the interview, I still haven't received any feedback or information regarding my interview or the next steps. There is also no way to contact the company or the recruiter directly in this regard, so in the end, it all seems like wasted time, which is a pity, because I genuinely liked the company and the work they do.
