What I like about the employer
Ich arbeite sehr gerne hier. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich das tolle Team und den starken Zusammenhalt unter den Kolleginnen und Kollegen – man unterstützt sich gegenseitig und arbeitet wirklich gut zusammen.
Suggestions for improvement
Als kleinen Verbesserungspunkt sehe ich die teilweise langen Kommunikationswege, wodurch Entscheidungen manchmal etwas länger dauern. Auch die Parkplatzsituation könnte noch verbessert werden.
