No time or budget for further education. zooom, their clients, as well as the individual would benefit from it.

More senior staff with experience from other agencies or similar positions; team leaders who the younger ones could learn from;
more time and appreciation for the hard working, young professionals. It easily gets forgotten in this so very fast paced agency world.

Kommunikation
Difficult... The more projects, the more difficult it gets. Working simultaneously on many different jobs with many different people from many different nationalities doesn't make communications easy in general.

Great team work! That's what makes the days fun sometimes. Also after work!
Work-Life-Balance
Deadlines and too many projects at the same time. Not enough staff most of the time.
At least the lake and the mountains are right at the door step to chill or do some sports during lunch break or after work.

Top equipment; modern and stylish offices; vicinity to the lake and mountains!
unfortunately the building is due it's architectural structure difficult to cool down in summer in certain places, and difficult to heat in winter in others.
