Depending on departments, you can find good colleagues to work with.
Even if it’s a fashion brand, there is no bad atmosphere or weird situations between colleagues, which is a big exception in this field.

The communication between departments could be improved organizing meetings, but overall it works.

In my department we all worked constantly together in order to finish every collection.
The team work was solid.

There is the possibility to take extra days using the extra hours done, which is a very smart idea.

In my department the main contact was with the creative director, who was always clear and kind on what to do next. There was no issue on discussing timings or deadline directly with him.
In general another manager profile is missing; somebody who is able to take decisions and lead a team when he is not there.
Interessante Aufgaben
The product is sublime and it is a totally exceptional world to be discovered.
It’s not easy to find a brand that works on such a high quality product.
Gleichberechtigung
The company is composed 80% by women but unfortunately there is not a lot of flexibility from the brand on balancing a post maternity leave part time. This is something that should be improved as is it clearly essential for a company that is supported by women.

Overall it’s very nice to be able to work with people with so much experience that can teach you an expertise you cannot learn anywhere else

Salary is ok but still low for Switzerland.
It is difficult to have a salary increase.
On the other hand it is possible and not unlikely to be able to change departments, in order to try different positions.
