Arbeitsatmosphäre
They welcome you saying the environment is like "family", but with time everybody realize how fake the whole thing is. Starting from the management (including HR), which comments badly about the employees within the employees without any sense of ethics.
Kommunikation
Very bad communication skills in this company. Either you go search yourself or you will be lost from the very beginning, even regarding common information that should be available for all. By searching for important information or feedback they make you feel like you are disturbing. In this company counts "be quiet, do what you can with what you got, somehow it will work out"
Kollegenzusammenhalt
There are all kind of people. Few good fellas. Mostly there is an environment of "not my fault, his/hers fault" and "not my problem". Counseling in how to build a working team would be a good thing for them to get.
Work-Life-Balance
They are flexible with work time. On Fridays mostly of them leave the company very early.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
Very unethical behaviour never experienced before.
