The employer allows internal bullying and manipulation, including what employees say among themselves!
One unpleasant/embarrassing incident after another! Not recommended day after day!
Example: Two employees are working at Belmond and are preparing the meeting room! One is vacuuming the carpet and the other is resting because he's in a lot of pain from the previous workday! The manager sees this and doesn't say anything about it! THAT'S WRONG! IF YOU CONTINUE TO REMAIN SILENT, THE PROBLEM WILL NOT BE SOLVED, BUT WILL BE MISUNDERSTANDED!

Poor communication in the workplace, characterized by toxic disrespect, total lack of transparency, and constant misunderstan-dings! The employer deliberately speaks a language that the emplo-yees do not understand! This leads to serious internal communication problems!
