ASN - When a fairytale turns into your biggest nightmare...
Arbeitsatmosphäre
The lack of leadership and Human Ressources Management will lead to very difficult situations where private life decisions will be judged and responsibilities will be taken away from you for no other reason that the management team not agreeing with the way you are. You will give 200% of your energy, time and focus for 2-3 years until the leadership team decides to throw you out with no valid reason. Many ex-employees have been to court and won against ASN and their unfair way of treating their staff. Be very careful!
Kommunikation
There is hardly any open communication possible between the staff and the leadership unfortunately. The more you try to be more transparent to find ways to make the company successful and profitable, the more you will be shut down and told that you are telling too much and defending the staff against the leadership team. THe HR Department will not help you solve problems, including sexual harrassment and will ask you to solve your problems yourself.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
The client service team will try to work together as much as possible. Unfortunately the amount of work is so high that people will work evenings and weekends to catch up on their workload. On the opposite, there is a leadership of 3 people who will go for lunch at the Italian restaurant next door for 2-3 hours and leave the office at 5pm.
Work-Life-Balance
Working evenings and weekends is common at ASN. You will think that you are making a difference and help the company be better by working extra hours but it will lead to nothing. The turnover is so high for such a small company, it clearly shows a lack of employee care.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
Leadership is non existent. Hours of meetings will be lost in discussing dead projects. Outside consultants will be paid and keep the leadership team busy with promises. The only good thing you will learn from this company is how not to behaved as a leader.
Interessante Aufgaben
The world of International Health Insurance is fascinating but you do not want to do it at ASN. This company will not exist in 2 years.
Umgang mit älteren Kollegen
The older colleagues will get free lunch paid by the company while the other staff will eat a sandwich on their desk.
