You can develop & there is a great multi country environment to network within the regional cluster. Recently, a lot of strong momentum develops and I can feel that my contribution is very positively perceived
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
No Air condition is painful during summer & it‘s hard to focus when it‘s so hot.
Sometimes lacking explanation on actions taken and directions pursued - I believe it‘s
important to be transparent in front of us.

Changed recently - a lot of communication happening - just a little bit too many channels for my taste & it‘s hard to keep up

Very good relations with colleagues in my sphere of work. Inter-department sometimes a bit difficult, as it‘s a very fragmented environment and very division centric
Work-Life-Balance
It‘s a bit subjective, as I enjoy what I am doing & I feel very balanced. Longer vacations/spontaneous days off are no problem if in line with the project schedules. Home office possible and highly appreciated.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
I feel coached very well, not only from my direct manager but also from colleagues who are more experienced than I am. Of course, pro-activity is important.
Interessante Aufgaben
Daily job is challenging and very interesting & it‘s possible to contribute on topics if you want to. Also here, pro-activity and offering to contribute is a pre-requisite.

I believe it‘s well balanced,

A lot of changes recently, the subjectively perceived average age feels a bit high for an IT Company

All in all, office fulfills it‘s purpose and some renovation done recently - only 1 point to criticize: No air condition!

I believe it‘s average - no special focus but also no perceived negative behaviour.

Fair salaries, but of course it could always be more :-)

I see some negativity with colleagues who are longer within the organization. „Newer“ colleagues are positive and want to achieve something.
Karriere/Weiterbildung
This is a big plus, if you want, you can learn & achieve a lot. Flat hierarchies and you can offer your support on topics & I feel like everybody is happy about contribution.
