Kommunikation, überforderte und unqualifizierte Führungskräfte, Anliegen der Mitarbeitenden werden ignoriert oder unter den Teppich gewischt und ausgesessen. Der Arbeitgeber ist nicht in der Lage oder gewillt, diesen Missstand aufzulösen.

Führung wahrnehmen, Bossing abstellen, auf Mitarbeitende hören und deren Anliegen in Bezug zu Führungskräften ernst nehmen.

Es herrschen Intrigen, Diffamierungen und es wird Bossing/Mobbing betrieben.

Katastrophal, völlig überfordert, narzisstisch. Wer sich kritisch äussert, wird zurecht gestaucht und eine Drohkulisse aufgebaut. Nähe und Distanz wird nicht professionell gelebt.

Die Mitarbeiter müssen teilweise in unzweckmässigen Räumen arbeiten. Dem Gesundheitsschutz wird nur ungenügend Rechnung getragen.

What I like about the employer
Dass man das Recht auf Weiterbildung hat, ist genau geregelt. Gilt für Fachmitarbeiter sowie auch für betreute Mitarbeiter.
Man bekommt eine sehr gute Einführung zu Beginn der Anstellung. Ebenfalls werden immer wieder Auffrischungskurse in Erster Hilfe geboten und verlangt.
Bei Problemen gibt es immer eine Anlaufstelle wo man ernst genommen wird.

Die Sie und Du-Kultur ist nicht klar geregelt, man weiss öfters nicht wie man sich gegenüber anderen Mitarbeitern anderer Abteilungen verhalten soll.
