Still trying to figure out where to go
Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich
Cool company to work, fair pay, good flexibility
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
the lack of risk taking attitude.
Verbesserungsvorschläge
Take risks, challenge the status quo. The company is doing nice things but still built on old and heritage products. the space scene is changing extremely fast and you might loose the train!
Arbeitsatmosphäre
The work colleagues are great, great comradeship and great laughs but top management seems to be quite lost
Image
cool company yes
Work-Life-Balance
normal as it can gets. some peaks of stress, other of not so much. not so flexible with remote work but still ok.
Karriere/Weiterbildung
another point to improve - if you are not proactive your career will not go far.
Gehalt/Benefits
I would say falls under the average. Not super good but fair.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
top work colleagues!
Vorgesetztenverhalten
this is where the company needs to improve greatly. current management is looking for short term results
Arbeitsbedingungen
Cool new offices in Zurich
Kommunikation
Each site works as separate entity and there is no insight of what other people actually do.
Gleichberechtigung
unfortunately women are not treated as equal. still old macho company but wanting to change.
Interessante Aufgaben
if you want to do something interesting you have to search for it, no one will come for you to do it.
