Politics rule and good ideas are punished. Daily work is fighting poorly-defined processes which are bluntly enforced by clueless managers who will do anything to please the deluded VPs and executive.

Incapable of truth, but at least they're consistently dishonest so you know to ignore what they say and just see what they do.
