Not capable managers, which are only interested about keeping their bonuses high.
Top managers seem to be not very interested in the company‘s future.

Listen to work estimations of designers and give them time to think about how long tasks take (project managers, managers).

One of a kind work but bad / no planning from project managers which leads to unnecessary stress (unachieveable planned milestones promised to customers)

Noisy office, non ventilated pods for meetings, slow servers. Desk and other equipment is great.
