Wenn ein Bewerber sich mit viel Aufwand bei dem Unternehmen bewirbt, sollte seitens des Unternehmens wenigstens soviel Respekt zeigen und dem Bewerber antworten. Wenn schon nicht auf die Bewerbung, dann sollte als Minimum eine Antwort auf eine schriftliche Nachfrage vom Bewerber erfolgt. Wenn so mit Bewerbern umgegangen wird, stellt sich die Frage, wie mit dem Mitarbeitern umgegangen wird.

If a candidate goes to great lengths to apply to a company, the company should at least show them the courtesy of replying. If not to the application itself, then at the very least they should respond to a written enquiry from the candidate. When candidates are treated in this way, it raises the question of how employees are treated.
