Everyone is driven and trying to push to deliver. It really feels like we try to have the best of the best.

It's a startup so don't expect to go home after a daily 9 to 5. However you're usually quite flexible when exactly you work.

Kein Problem, wenn man wegen kranker Kinder mal zuhause bleibt oder wegen eines Termins tagsüber mal nicht da ist

Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich
Das Gesamtpaket ist top. Tolle Leute, interessante Aufgaben, viel Drive.
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
In der Produktentwicklung: Man stellt keine Studiumsabgänger oder Leute mit wenig Erfahrung ein (pauschale Regel - gibt jedoch wenige Ausnahmen). Da könnte man den Talenten von Morgen ruhig mehr zutrauen und sich in die Verantwortung nehmen, diese "auszubilden".
Verbesserungsvorschläge
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen sind unterdurchschnittlich, besonders wenn man sich nicht an der Firma beteiligen möchte.
Arbeitsatmosphäre
Sehr tolle Atmosphäre. Das Unternehmen hat viel Momentum, welches als positive Energie zu spüren ist. Es wird viel erwartet, aber man hat auch viel Freiraum um sich einzubringen.

Ideal für Young Professionals um ausserhalb der Komfortzone zu wachsen. Ausserdem entstehen laufend neue Aufgaben, welche man sich schnappen kann.

Im Vergleich sicher unterdurchschnittlich. Dafür sehr tolle Arbeitsatmospähre und spannende Aufgaben. Da muss man wohl für sich selber entscheiden. Ausserdem bietet die Mitarbeiterbeteiligung Potenzial (aber auch Risiko).

In der Produktentwicklung top! Ausserhalb kann ich es nicht beurteilen.

It is well documented what is needed to achieve a promotion. The judgement of whether you fulfill the individual points is still subjective to your manager.
It is definitively possible to be promoted quickly by delivering high impact within the company.
However, there is no explicit further training at the moment.

The treatment between colleagues is exceptional. People are direct but polite and everybody really wants everybody to succeed, which feels great.

Laptop and equipment are all high-end and leave no room for complaints.
