Als Chauffeur war ich ständig gezwungen zu schwer und zu hoch zu fahren womit ich den Führerschein Kategorie CE ständig In Gefahr gebracht habe

Die Kollegen sind wirklich alle super die nichts mit der Führung zu tun an

Dafür dass man illegale Sachen macht wird noch gut bezahlt

Als Chauffeur was wirklich sehr interessant solange es legal war

Zu viel um abzuraten dort zu Arbeiten
Suggestions for improvement
Zahlt Spesen auch wenn die Baustelle in der Region ist !! Gebt mal paar 100000.- für Neue Maschinen aus und nicht für neue private Autos und sonstiges....

Sehr düster , einige haben das Gefühl wer Sie sind.

Irgendwie schaut jeder für sich...

Manche Vorgesetzten haben keine Ahnung was sie machen , Ständige Anrufe nach Feierabend ( zum Teil auch schon am morgen um 6Uhr )

Arbeitskleidung gibt es da nicht , auch sonstige Ausrüstung muss man selber kaufen. Mittagszulagen bekommt man in der Region nicht.... sehr alte und zum Teil kaputte Maschinen.

Sehr schlecht, Telefonate nach Feierabend ( nach 18:30) um mitzuteilen auf welche Baustelle man soll oder Fragen beantworten
