Generally it seams to me, wether the management nor the board of directors in this company understands the role of this company in its indurstry. This leads to a lot of tension which is put from the management towards the employees as well as from the costumers towards the company. This leads to a very unfavorable working environment for the employees directly working with the costumers everyday.
The general structure of the company is very intransparent which leads to a lot of confusion not only for customers but also to the employees as well.
The workload is always very high since the company isnt investing in human resources. This lead to a high work congestion and undermines the service quality as well as constructive reaction times.

The general day-to-day environment in the office is comfortable and relaxed. It feels like a place where you can sit down and get your work done in peace, though underlying management issues occasionally create unnecessary tension.

How the working time is arranged is mostly in the choice of the employee as long as the working hours are met.

There are literally no options offered or taken into considerations for development.

The salary is pretty bad and there was no room for negotiation.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
Team spirit is okay. Due to the team events twice a year the whole team came together to spent time which was cool but besides that there is not a lot of exchange besides everyday work.

Leadership leaves a lot to be desired. Management tends to be very top-down, lacks empathy, and struggles to offer constructive guidance or genuine appreciation. Decisions often feel arbitrary rather than well-explained or collaborative.
Kommunikation
Extremely poor and non-transparent. Important strategic decisions and operational updates rarely reach the team on time, leading to constant confusion and rework. Information is heavily siloed, and feedback loops are virtually non-existent.
Interessante Aufgaben
Generally a middle-of-the-road experience. There are occasionally exciting projects with room for initiative as well as the more or less deep industry insights you get working close with potential costumers, but a significant portion of the workload consists of repetitive, routine tasks that don't offer much career development.
