Invest in a sustainable HR workflow process and train HR staff to follow defined hiring process according to defined workflow process. Establish hiring kpi`s, define and assign clear roles, assignments and responsibilities in the HR department and establish a dedicated point of contact, like " "HR.europe@cloudreach.com" for all customer requests. Define throughput velocity in workflow process for overall hiring process of four weeks and eliminate impediments. Compare your present hiring process to industry standards like Google, Salesforce and Amazon and tailor it accordingly. Investigate and identify points of improvements in the hiring process and train your staff.
