Working atmosphere
Ständig herausfinden wo man seine unproduktive Zeit oder halt auch nur nicht verrechenbare Zeit hinschreiben soll zehrt an den Kräften. Wenn man zuwenig verrechnen kann wird einem ans Herz gelegt diese Stunden auf die Freizeit zu nehmen.

Da alle 2 Jahre fast das komplette Team ersetzt wird, ist das Image dementsprechend auch nicht gut.

Gefördert wird hier nichts, klar darf man eine Ausbildung machen aber bitte nur auf Freizeit. Ältere werden eingestellt, da kann man nichts bemängeln.

Kein Raum für Diskussionen - es ist und bleibt alles wie es ist. Aber alle 4 Monate wird etwas geändert um dann 4 Monate später wieder eine Änderung einzuführen. Man weiss nicht was man eigentlich will, hauptsache man verrechnet es dem Kunden
