the atmosphere is really poor. People leave on a weekly basis. Sometimes HR turns up and three people have to leave in one single day.

Management should learn that the employees are not just resources but are human beings that give 100% every day and deserve to be treated with dignity and respect.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
NO respect - absolutely NONE. fire people at will, no communication, no competence.
Interessante Aufgaben
there used to be interesting projects due to all the change there is only repetitive low-level work.

lousy image in Switzerland after the complete Management was fired/replaced and 2016 more than 30 people left the company. The Zurich branch is a mere 8 or so people that was 30 only 12 months ago. Despicable
