Hier herrscht keine offen Kommunikation. Lieber vor der ART Leitung und dem Management Team immer schön nicken dann bist du akzeptiert.
Jeder gegen jeden das ist das Motto. Solltest du da nicht aufspringen dann bist du raus.

Diese Frage kann ich nicht beantworten denn diese sogenannte Vorgesetzte die durch ihren Vorgesetzten platziert wurde ist leider nicht professionell und hat absolut keine soziale Fähigkeiten für diese Position. Sie ist die line Managerin und kommuniziert das auch so.

Arbeitsatmosphäre unterirdisch. Hier herrscht wirklich noch das "gärtlidenken" vor allem beim Art Team dass sich durch die Leitung dieses jahrelangen Gehabe durch den Sonnenkönig geprägten seine Platz jetzt an die neue USA inkompetente Führung weitergegeben musste
