In the company, the employer do try to accommodate as best as he can his employee when issues occurs and is understandable when his employee have personal issue to resolve

He should try to see that sometimes it isn’t easy for us to accommodate all clients and we try our level best to do so.... and sometimes this is due to an overload of demands
