As in all work places, it is impossible to have a perfect environment, but I am always glad to start my day and I enjoy working with my colleagues.

There are yearly events to which everyone is envited to have an update on how things are going.

It is impossible to be close to everyone. A very small exception made, I never had issues with any of my colleagues and I think the atmosphere in this sense has improved a lot.
Work-Life-Balance
Woriking for Flisom can be challanging from time to time, but I never had issues in my personal life due to crazy or unacceptable work hours. Besides this, I feel the company offers lots of flexibility, which is great.

With ups and downs, but definitely positive for me. Never had a closed door or unreasonable attitude. When I needed support and talk, I have found it.

I think it really depends on different visions and also how confortable one is with changes, which in a young company are fast and frequent.
Karriere/Weiterbildung
When I stepped forward and asked for it, I wasn't disappointed. Coaching is offered and I am being supported. The one thing I would like to improve is the possibility to have access to external courses and trainings supported by the company.
