The hiring process took quite long (1.5 months) and one had always to ask where one stands in the process. I wished that HR would have been more forward and openly communicative even though they were very friendly. The interview with the superior was quite unprofessional as he was looking at his phone all the time and once even left the room (and me alone) for a call, even though the talk only took 25 min. He also kept bragging what he had achieved so far (and yes he achieved a lot!), but rarely focused on the position he was now looking for. Second interview with another superior was better, but as well here the person had issues with her laptop/internet connection and she looked like cleaning her finger nails (the phone screen had offered another view of her body). Maybe a professional training how to professional act during an interview would be good.
