The company is in transition from small to medium size. Although it is necessary to establish operating procedures, this shouldn't hinder the "small company" feeling that makes working at Genedata special. Exploring beyond your defined tasks should be encouraged.

There are regular status update meetings within and across the different teams.They are biased to show only the positive and successful aspects though, therefore 4 stars.

As good as it gets with interacting humans. It is fun to work together and it is easy to get support when needed.
Work-Life-Balance
Working hours can be adapted to your needs and there is some flexibility in working from home (max 2d/w).
Vorgesetztenverhalten
Decisions are very hierarchical, where at the most you can contribute with an opinion. Conflicts are often swept under the rug. In my opinion an open constructive discussion is more beneficial.

Work is not repetitive and exploring new areas is encouraged.

Those topics are not in the agenda at all. The company is by no means a big offender, but also has no active contribution to making the world better (beyond its actual business).

The salary and benefits are below average, but it is compensated by the good working atmosphere and interesting topics.
