Slowly but surely this company grows "into" size (not only regarding amount of employees) where clear structures (not hierarchies!), conventions, guidelines become more and more important, valuable and even necessary. There are related initiatives running but i think there can still be invested some more.

In spite of many todos and long backlogs the atmosphere is always appreciative and understandingly.

Here i'm pretty ambitious. Most often there is a lot of room to improve communication(s) :)

There and supported. However, the "task-density" reduces this often to the minimum needed for daily work.

Below the line there is a lot of flexibility and enough room to balance your work and family life.
