Gehalt/Benefits
Salary in line for me. LPP - minimum only. IE. legal min in 2024 was CHF 88'200 less AVS of CHF 25'725 meaning Gestrust insure max annual salary of CHF 62'475 for all staff. It is the legal minimum so they are entitled to treat their staff in this manner, not industry standard.

older staff are hired..... one must also consider the high staff turnover. In 2024, completely new accounting team of 5, new receptionist, 3 trust officers left and 3 compliance left. total staff 14, plus HR + 2 dir shared over 2 companies.

office, computers and equipment all good. employees have to clock in and clock out (start 8.30 latest/non-negotiable, lunch break in/out, end of day) as well as time sheet !! most clock out end of day exactly on time allowing them a good work-life balance.

Interessante Aufgaben
I enjoyed my work, found it challenging and interesting. Not sure about everyone else.
