What I like about the employer
In einer Firma in der die Menschen den Leitspruch "Make someone smile every day" leben muss es einfach Spaß machen zu Arbeiten. Es sind die Kollegen, die diese Firma ausmachen. Mit ihnen arbeitet man, feiert und freut sich über die News von Übersee. Alle Chefs der Firma sind hautnah im Geschäft dabei. Das unterstützt den Teamgeist. Das Unternehmen ist offen und inforiert die MA über viele Entscheidungsprozesse.
What I dislike about the employer
In Zukunft sollte man bei getyourguide m.E. auch bestehende Angestellte fördern anstatt nur die Strategie des "weltweiten Spezialisten-Einkaufs" zu fahren. Hat Spaß gemacht mit euch Leute. (BH)

Ein junges Unternehmen das über genügend Venture Cap. verfügt kann eben weltweit nach immer noch besseren Mitarbeitern fahnden. Die Weiterbildung/Promotion bestehender Mitarbeiter bleibt da natürlich auf der Strecke.
