Colleagues. International career with missions in foreign countries. Private Health insurance
Workload
Salary, digitalisation of manual processes, external trainings, worklife balance.
Young, international and casual atmosphere. The workload and the nature of Oil and Gas business may create stress.
The workload and work typology of Energy sector are unpredictable and basically quite challenging. Projects works 24H all over the world and may absorb most of your time and energy. Digitalization of process highly required!
Depending on the contingency extremely fast carrier developments are a reality. Bad to none external trainings offer.
Salaries are on law middle average but offer top private health insurances and other benefits depending on seniority
Great teams spirit
Open to listen and fair.
Open doors policy but lack of strategy communication.
Working in this Company will put you in connection with the Globe. As a Recruiter you lease on daily base with colleagues of all continents and have the possibility to measure, empower and stretch your talent, problem solving, resilience in stressful and complex context.
In some cases the work balance can be better distributed, but its hard to evalute as not each task or project is same.
The Company is working international, different countries and its challenging.
Its small Company, around 120 employees. Its hard to go up because its not big Company. New employees expect to become TL/Coordinator or even Managers only after an short period.
Paid private health insurance
Paid lunch check
Very good pension plan and distribution between employee/employer part
Fringe benefits after some years of seniority in the Company
Depends what is relative to be communicated and to which level
There is no difference between women/man, salaries are equal.
A good starting step for young people or newcomers to Zurich
Employees are just exploited, not listened to and with no chance for proper rewards or a career, not a place where people can stay in the long run
Making suggestions would be a waste of time since the employer should be willing to listen which they clearly aren't
It's an international company and the multi-cultural aspect is an added value.
The image of the company seems to become worse with time, literally everyone in the company complains about a number of things and most people who left are still bitter about their time in the company and this can be seen from many reviews online.
This may depend on where you work but if you are part of the core recruitment team you can forget about your personal life as most of the time you will be given way more than you can handle. There are no busy and calm period but only very busy to insane periods. This is extremely unhealthy in the long run and it's one of the main reason for a high turn-over.
Chances for a career in the company are close to 0. There are very few opportunities for any promotion and the fact the reward system of the company is almost non existant (you can go even 5 years or longer without a single bonus or salary increase on a positive performance evaluation) and that the company is not willing to think of alternative rewarding system by reassigning tasks and roles makes it a dead-end. This is definitely a good first experience for who's out of school and wants to get experience in the field without any prior knowledge but after a couple of years it is worth to move on and not waste any more time.
As a first job the whole package can be attractive, especially for non-German speakers but soon after it becomes pretty obvious that you would end up working for free a lot more than what you signed for making it not worthy at all. The salary is very average and nothing special and there are no annual salary review or performance rewards. SOmetimes they have one every few year but there's no guarantee you would get anything even with a very high performance evaluation.
Co-workers are generally nice but the not ideal working conditions tend to make everyone very stressed and there's a high toxicity behavior spreading quickly. Even new people start becoming very negative soon enough because all they hear is people complaining.
It's hard to say something about it since decisions from management are obscure and never really shared with the people these decisions affect. There is more of a boss attitude where you are just supposed to do what you are told. If you speak up you are branded as a complainer. They are not interested in making things better for the whole company but just to keep things as they are with their power untouched.
Very poor communication, many things are kept secret and there's no interest in making the employees feel part of the company, if you work here you are expected to follow orders and do as asked, if anyone seems interested in what you have to say it is just for show and behind your back you would be cursed for speaking up. Instructions also change very frequently and are unclear and at the first mistake there's a very strong finger-pointing policy aimed at blaming the person who is doing the job.
It is a diverse environment and it cannot be said there's an open discrimination at least not based on individual background
Tasks are varied and could be interesting at first but after a while everything becomes repetitive and just stressful.
Management in this company... No one of them has a certificate as a manager or a higher school education...
Work balance, smart work, support
Promoting different activities outside working hours ( sport, team building, events)
I would suggest more team events and maybe in the future a possible agreement with a childcare nearby
No comment!
Alles was ich schon erwähnt habe.
Very bad image in and out the company!
Überhaupt nicht, Oil and Gas company... not a chance !
Keine Null Gleichberechtigung!!!! No fairness!!!
Private Krankenkasse
Alles (siehe Kommentare oben).
young, international work environment in a multinational company.
limited developing possibilities.
motivation is limited to financial benefits. non financial incentives might help to increase motivation and identification with the company.
In the industry the mother company Saipem is one of hte main players in the market.
unless some other comments before overtime hours are very limited. Weekend work almost not existent except some very rare exceptions. For the salaries paid i would assume it would be hard to find other jobs with less working hours.
little development in numbers due to the flat hirarchy
for the work load and responsabilty fair compensations. excellent medical insurance is provide to all employees who pass the probationary period which is unusal in Swiss companies. Lunch checks are provided and there are financial benefits which increase depending on how long you are working for the company already.
general awareness of environment with the respecitve procedures. Nevertheless as a company acting in the oil and gas industry this is to be seen relativeley.
Young international environment. Spoken language is English. German is not a requirement. Employees come from all around hte world
since hirarchy is flat there are only limited possibilities of developing careers. Higher positions get covered by employees of the company rather than by outsiders. The positions are often covered by employees who have been with the company 10 years and plus. Employees in the entry level positions tend to be younger than 40 and leave the company usually in order to make the next step in their work development.
depends from person to person and it is hard to generalize. with some exceptions I reasonabile and fair and competent.
decent euqipment in modern atmosphere. open spaces. Only higher management has own offices.
depending on the department. work instructions and training on the job is given. given the complexity of the projects it takes weeks/months before understanding the full picture. communications with the projects depend on own ability to liaise well with the project.
equal distribution of men and women including managment levels. since certain projects require additional language skills Italian & French on managment level these position mostly get covered with employees who speak the required language.
interesting but repeating processes. focus on passing communication and maintaining good realtions with the projects. there is a clear struture how to act in certain situation and limited room for changing procedures. high learning curve in the beginning. depending on motivation great change to understand the business.
So verdient kununu Geld.
