Freizeit unter der Woche? Kannste vergessen. Man ist eigentlich nur am Arbeiten. Wer gesund leben oder Sport machen will, muss sich das jeden Tag hart erkämpfen, sonst geht man unter. Man lebt von Montag bis Freitag nur für die In Time Solutions AG....
Salary/Benefits
Ganz ehrlich: Nur für die Kohle sollte man das nicht machen. Dafür ist der Preis (Freizeit/Stress) zu hoch. Man braucht ein klares Ziel, warum man sich diesen Lifestyle antut, sonst ist man schnell ausgebrannt.
Environmental and social responsibility
Viel zu viel Reiserei für jeden Kleinkram. Da könnte man definitiv mehr remote machen und CO2 sparen.
Collegiality
Die Kollegen sind top und der Respekt untereinander ist echt da. Die Arbeit macht Sinn und die Trainings bringen einen massiv weiter.

Boss ist Boss! Der Boss RB hat seit Jahren das Sagen. Hat seine Vorteile und Nachteile.
Boss fährt mit seinem neuem BMW vor.

Keine Aufzüge, seit Jahren muss man 4 Stockwerke hochlaufen!
Interesting tasks
Je nachdem wieviele Boni man am Jahresende erhält, kriegt man die größeren Kunden mit höherem Fördervolumen dann entsprechend.
