Seit der Übernahme durch Infoniqa herrschte eine äusserst negative Arbeitsatmosphäre. Die Mitarbeiter waren zunehmend frustriert und hatten ständig Angst vor einer möglichen Massenkündigung.
Informationen wurden kaum oder gar nicht weitergegeben. Als Arbeitnehmer erfuhr man immer zuletzt etwas und hatte keinerlei Klarheit darüber, in welche Richtung sich das Ganze entwickeln würde.
Es war völlig mangelhaft, da alle lieber im Home-Office arbeiteten.
