The working atmosphere heavily depends on the SLT. It has been dismal for several years. Some would even say toxic.

Chaotic, but ok.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
The cohesion among colleagues depends on whether one belongs to the teachers who leave after a few years anyway, or whether one belongs to those who are permanent residents here. These two groups have very different interests. But overall, it's a friendly atmosphere among colleagues.
Work-Life-Balance
Good.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
The behavior of the superiors is more bad than good. Anyone who dares to ask critical questions gets ostracized, unpleasantly reprimanded, marginalized, or dismissed. Many experienced teachers have left the school frustrated under the current director and SET (so have I). Some have sought psychological support to cope with the situation. Everything seems very friendly on the surface, but it's not.

It's teaching.
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
The lowest pay among all IBO schools in Switzerland. Significantly worse than public schools.
Karriere/Weiterbildung
The school doesn't really invest in training. Internal training programs are amateurish. There are practically no opportunities for advancement.
