Non-existent. IQVIA's definition of "balance" is "flexibility", meaning you get to decide when exactly during the day you work your 12 hours.

After the pandemic, IQVIA tied the purse strings and offshored most of the workforce. Switzerland has become an untenable market.

We work well together but not openly and transparently. Dissidence is discouraged as being “not solution oriented” and overall there is an environment of anxiety to state your real opinion.

-ish. IQVIA hires young people (<27 yo) offshore to be the minions. Older people are rarely hired - possibly because they are too expensive or because our department rests on minions, not high-level thinking.

You don't have managers/bosses at IQVIA, you have "coaches". I am lucky to have a great coach!
