Deine Aufgaben
- Manages daily production lines, directs assembly workers, and ensures electrical products meet quality and safety target
- Manage the daily work schedule and assign tasks to assembly operators.
- Ensure that the assembly process for electrical components (such as cables, PCBs, or electrical panels) complies with work standards.
- Monitor the smooth operation of the production line to ensure that production targets are met on time. Promptly resolve minor technical issues that arise on the assembly line
- Ensure strict adherence to quality standards (e.g., ASME, TEMA) throughout fabrication.
- Optimize use of personnel, machinery, and materials.
- Drive continuous improvement in manufacturing processes.
- Guarantee all work aligns with drawings, specifications, and relevant codes.
- Address production issues and minimize disruptions.
Dein Profil
- Min. D3 Electrical Engineering or engineering background
- Proven leadership in production/fabrication
- Proficient with electrical wiring diagrams
- Knowledge of industry codes and quality standards (e.g., ASME, ASTM, API, AWS)
- Handle inventory, storage, and audits of raw materials.
- Experienced with SAP / ERP
- Willing to work shifts
- Placement of Pasuruan, East Java
