I applied and after 5min I got a rejection already.
They don't read applications fully.

And I got an invite at their competition, so I am qualified to do the job, just that there is no misunderstanding.

The whole business seems to be based on Venture Capital.
They don't seem to know their market and seem to be unable to listen.
Recruiter praises himself with pictures of VIPs and politicians on LinkedIn, but reacts quite arrogantly to ideas regarding his own firm.

I recommend that you don't take the time to apply, because you are likely to waste it.
