The partner(s) are people that I found out you can not trust. They are all image and no substance. They are so worn in their doing and calculations that they cannot even manage to have the payslips made without mistakes.
Do not have any empathy. Once a colleague fainted in the office and the partners literally walked over her without heping. Another colleague was fired as he had pneumonia.
Nasty and stinky environment

The partners and the supporting Bank(s) give no room for career improvements. Even if at words they claim international expansions and a lot of unreal scenarios. Beware.
