They should stop the "at competitor X we did it like this.." and "at competitor Y we knew that it doesn't work this way" way of thinking. This kills an innovative project like this, as it simply does not work with the conventional approach.

Strongly depending on one's own attitude. You can work 60h a week without any appreciation, but you can also work 30h a week without anyone noticing either.

lacking support for their own employees in many departments. Although this varies strongly in between different departments.
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
HUGE differences in salaries between people actually doing the same job. In general the salaries within the R&D are low compared to other companies in the region.
