Sehr gute Teamarbeit (manche Einzelpersonen eher weniger) aber im gross und ganzen herrscht ein guter, fairer Zusammenhalt mit ehrlicher Zusammenarbeit.

Ferien nehmen oder jegliche andere Fragen diesbezüglich werden oft ignoriert, kaum kommuniziert, die Mitarbeiter werden unterschiedlich behanfelt sprich der eine hat mehr Vorteile dabei wähtend der andere immer nur die schlechten Schichten bekommt und selten Urlaubstate gestattet bekommt. Bezüglich Familie ist nicht viel Freiheit da.

Oft werden Mitarbeiter mit Anliegen ignoriert, die Vorgesetzten lassen sich mehr als genug Zeit, da es für sie selbst nichts bedeutet und für sie keine Konsequenzen hat, Wochenlanges Bitten nach der Lohnabrechnung zb da werden ignoriert da es für sie als Vorgesetzter keinen Drang hat, welches bei einem unterbezahlten Mitarbeiter sehr wohl einen Drang hat da die ergänzende Lebensnotwendige Sozialhilfe nur mit einer Lohnabrechnung ausgezahlt wird, diese Bitte wird 3 Wochen ignoriert.
