I'm currently working in the support team at this IT company, and my experience so far has been very positive. As someone new to Switzerland, I’ve been especially grateful for the support I received—not just professionally, but also personally. My manager is approachable and always ready to help, whether it’s with work tasks or offering advice on adjusting to life in a new country.
The team culture is warm and friendly. We often take part in team events and activities that create a good sense of connection. What I really value is the balance: colleagues are supportive, but there's also clear respect for each person’s private life.
There’s a healthy level of flexibility, too. On occasions when I’ve needed to work from home or when caring for a sick child—it’s never been an issue. That kind of understanding helps create a trusting environment without overstepping boundaries.
