Really weird, unprofessional Skype interview (only audio, no video). The HR assistant seemed to not take the interview seriously. Because the company apparently only employs remote workers (mainly from Eastern Europe), the interviewer was obviously working from home. This led to a lot of background noise like dishwasher sounds, dog barking, other people talking in the background - which of course was very strange. I did not have the feeling that this was a professional interview, quite on the contrary.
The interviewer explained the next steps and said they will come back with an answer in the next 2 weeks at the latest. It's been more than 2 and a half months and I haven't heard back from them. I personally decided not to pursue this application further because the company did not seem trustworthy. So I would definitely not recommend this company to anybody thinking of applying for a job!
