The remote and flexible setup is genuinely one of the best things about working here. I have real autonomy over how I structure my day, and how I approach my daily tasks. The work is varied and interesting for sure; working in the Swiss startup and SME space means I'm regularly exposed to new challenges, and Nexova is always innovating with new approaches, service offerings etc, so it always stays fresh and dynamic. Communication is clear, honest and friendly, and the company has a strong standing in what it does.

Honestly, I don't really have any negative things to say. It's obviously good to understand upfront that the remote setup means fewer team interactions, which could be difficult at first if you really value in-person contact. They have a very cool office space in Basel which does give you the chance to work alongside colleagues. But yeah, if you don't like the idea of working independently/remotely then better work in a traditional 9-5 office job.

More regular team check-ins and company-wide updates on goals and general direction help remote employees feel connected and engaged. This is something Nexova has already been doing more actively, and it would be great to see that continue.
