I have been working at Nexova AG for over a year, and it has been an incredibly positive experience. I truly appreciate the creative freedom they give me to explore new ideas and take ownership of my work. The flexibility to manage my own hours has allowed me to maintain a healthy work life balance while staying productive and motivated. Nexova AG is also a very generous company that genuinely values its employees. Many of us often say to each other how lucky we feel to be part of such a supportive, forward thinking, and inspiring organization.

Angenehm und professionell. Das Team ist hilfsbereit, man kann Fragen stellen und erhält Unterstützung. Trotz Remote Setup fühlt man sich eingebunden.

Direkt und offen. Informationen werden transparent geteilt. Bei schnellem Wachstum gibt es gelegentlich Anpassungen, insgesamt funktioniert der Austausch aber gut.

Maybe the company can enhance employee integration by creating cross-departmental projects, organizing regular team activities for example informal 15-min meetings between two employees or by establishing a buddy system for new hires.

Structured and systematized, its a balanced mix of organization and flexibility. The company operates within a well-defined framework that ensures clarity in all processes but its flexible to accommodate the needs of its employees. Trust is a core value

The work environment is independent so by its nature it requires constant reporting in meetings and project management tools.
In general, they only request that you report your news in advance so that the company can re-organize your work schedule.

I think it's a very positive point because you find a great balance between work and your personal life. You decide if you require a break to continue.

It is a company that thinks long term and offers career plans and further education to employees if that will make them excel in their position

Generally a positive experience. Remote work can sometimes lead to feelings of isolation between different areas of the company but the group sessions help a lot

I mentioned in the title that the founders are concerned about listening to their employees, they really take the time to discuss issues, so their measurement of metrics is very realistic. The day-to-day includes 1-1's which is not happening in many startups
